As a business relationship manager, your job duties include acting as a liaison between departments and team leadership, facilitating the creation of idea documents and value plans, and ensuring value optimization to achieve overarching goals. Typical qualifications for the career include at least a bachelor’s degree in business administration (MBA) or a similar field and extensive industry experience. Some employers may require a master’s degree. You also need excellent interpersonal, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
