Position Overview
BDNet Corporate Networking is seeking an organized and proactive IT Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the successful planning, scheduling, and coordination of various IT projects, including onboardings, migrations, and system implementations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an IT or Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment and excel in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage the scheduling of IT projects, including client onboardings, technology migrations, and system implementations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between technical teams, vendors, and clients, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation to track project progress and deliverables.
  • Monitor project milestones and proactively identify and address potential issues or delays.
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas, capturing meeting notes, and following up on action items.
  • Assist with resource allocation and workload management to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within scope.
  • Support the implementation of best practices and process improvements for project management within the organization.
  • Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accessible for stakeholders.

Qualifications
