Senior Business Operations Program Manager

This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, providing centralized support across Blue Origin business unit teams, functions, and locations.

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Program Manager - Business Administration to join ourStrategy, Finance and Business Operations (SFB) teamwithin Blue Operations.You will be at the intersection of Operations, Strategy, Finance and Business Operations within Blue Origin's largest, rapidly growing Operations group. In this role, you will rely on your technical, operational, or businessexpertiseto help Blue Operations scale manufacturing to industry-high levels.

This role owns the design, governance, and continuous improvement of the systems, processes, and reporting cadences that keep Operations leadership informed and the business running. Accountability spans the full Operations reporting stack - from weekly executive reporting to monthly goal portfolio management to the internal reporting platform that underlies it all. As a member of the SFB leadership team, you will lead large-scale enterprise programs and projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and aligning with organizational strategic goals. You willpartner with Operations Vice Presidents and senior leaders todevelopand manage initiatives thatdrive operations strategy;streamline business processes;optimizeresource allocation;and enhance overall effectiveness acrossOperations.

This role requiresmulti-disciplinaryexpertisein managing complex, cross-functional programs that are impactful, measurable, and tightly aligned with priorities.You will work closely with leadership and stakeholders across other organizations or departments to drive operational improvements, manage the Operations Rhythm of Business, and ensure successfulOperationsexecution.

  • Lead the Rhythm of Business and management operating system of Blue Operations.
  • Understand and help manage the complex interplay between strategy, technology,manufacturing,financeandbusiness operations.
  • Lead the development and management of large-scale, cross-functional enterprise programs.
  • Defineprogramobjectives,deliverables, risks, and success metrics to ensure alignment with operations strategy and company goals.
  • Identifypotentialrisks to program success, including resource gaps, timeline delays, or budgetary constraints.
  • Identifyand manage complex dependencies within the program as well as across other projects in the organization.
  • Manage the program execution, risks, timelines, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experienceinengineering,manufacturing,operations,finance,business operations.

  • Proven success managing large-scale, enterprise-wide programs with measurable impact on operational efficiency and strategic goals.
  • Proficiencyin project and program management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira Confluence).
  • Advanced skills in presentation and visualization tools.
  • Ability to understand and navigate complex business processes.
  • Skilled at gathering information, managing resources, and driving results.
  • Ability to connect operational details to broader business goals.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of program and project management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills capable of conveying complex risks, issues, or challenges of programs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work both independently andcollaboratively.

Base Pay Range for:

WA applicants is $124,476.00 - $174,265.35

  • Required for certain Job Profiles: Ability to obtain and maintain Merchant Mariner Credential, which includes pre-employment and random drug testing as well as DOT physical
