Hybrid 3 days/week in Mississauga, ON

Our client is implementing SAP S/4HANA enterprise-wide and requires a Business Process Lead for Field Services Management (FSM) with a focus on online booking and scheduling. The role will partner with the System Integrator in a paired delivery model to design, specify, and validate rules-driven, automated scheduling capabilities. The leader will translate manual, email, and Excel-based workflows into standardized ERP processes, define booking readiness sequencing, and guide SAP Field Service Management configuration to enable real-time capacity publishing, automated communications, and auditability.

Rate: $140.00 to $160.00/hr. CAD

Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end process design for SAP S/4HANA Field Services Demand Management, including booking lifecycle, scheduling, and service order creation.
  • Translate manual Excel/email-driven workflows into automated, rules-based ERP processes with real-time scheduling capabilities.
  • Partner with the system integrator and business stakeholders to define requirements, configuration logic, and booking readiness activation workflows.
  • Drive implementation of SAP FSM capabilities including technician availability, capacity management, and automated booking communications.
  • Support UAT, stakeholder training, and process validation while ensuring alignment across business and technical teams.
Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum of one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation with ownership of Field Services, scheduling, or dispatch workstream.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Field Service Management, including service orders, scheduling rules, and technician capacity integration.
  • Strong understanding of field service operations including scheduling, booking systems, and installer capacity management.
  • Experience designing ERP-driven automation to replace manual workflows, including rules-based scheduling and booking readiness processes.
  • Proven ability to lead workshops, create functional specs, and collaborate across business and SI teams in a complex ERP program.
