Position: Project  Manager
Location: Beaverton, OR
Type: 12+ months Contract

Job Description

Skills
At least 7 years experience demonstrated experience with process improvement tools and methodologies.
Requires a Bachelors Degree. Industrial or Systems Engineering or other engineering/process related field highly preferred.
Demonstrated experience with Lean/Six Sigma, Lean transformation, Business Process Management.
Lean Sigma training and/or Green Belt/Black Belt certification preferred but not required.
Demonstrated experience understanding complex processes, across a matrixed organization.
Demonstrated experience with well-designed process flow charts and diagrams.
Ability to work independently, but also roll up and align efforts to the larger team goals.
Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated communication skills, both written and verbal

Qualifications

Background in Finance (and/or Controlling) with Project Management experience is preferred. As is a candidate with knowledge of IT release processes and some SAP understanding.
Typically requires a Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Technology, and a minimum of 2 to 4 years directly relevant work experience.
