Please note: this is an individual contributor role

The Associate Director, Digital Strategy & Business Process Management, leads the transformation of business processes within a designated functional or commercial area. This role partners closely with senior leadership, sales and commercial teams, and crossfunctional stakeholders to streamline operations, reduce complexity, and enable scalable, digitally supported ways of working.

This role plays a critical part in improving revenue performance, operational efficiency, and customer experience by identifying process gaps, enabling automation, and strengthening execution across the commercial lifecycle. The Associate Director is responsible for assessing currentstate practices, identifying inefficiencies, and leading the design and implementation of standardized, scalable processes supported by enterprise systems.

Success in this role requires strong business and commercial acumen, experience working closely with sales or revenuegenerating teams, and the ability to influence and lead change across multiple levels of the organization. Ultimately, this role helps strengthen the organization's operating model-improving speed to market, reducing friction for customers and sellers, and supporting sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Current-State Assessment & Documentation
Assess and document existing endtoend business processes within the designated area, including handoffs between sales, operations, finance, and technology teams. Capture variations across business units or segments and identify opportunities for standardization.

Process Analysis & Optimization

Commercial & Sales Enablement
Partner with sales leadership and commercial teams to improve processes that support revenue generation, deal execution, customer onboarding, renewals, or postsale operations. Ensure process and system designs enable sellers to operate efficiently while improving accuracy, speed, and customer experience.

Enterprise Harmonization & Digital Enablement
Collaborate with crossfunctional stakeholders to define and implement standardized, scalable processes that can be supported by enterprise platforms. Contribute to futurestate designs that enable increased automation, datadriven decisionmaking, and digital commerce capabilities where applicable.

Data, Systems & Governance Alignment
Work closely with technology and data teams to ensure process designs are supported by consistent data structures, governance models, and system capabilities across the enterprise.

Process Ownership & Change Leadership

  • Own endtoend process design and continuous improvement initiatives within the designated area
  • Lead change impact assessments and adoption strategies to ensure successful implementation across impacted teams
  • Drive alignment between business requirements and technology delivery

CrossFunctional Leadership
Act as a connector across sales, operations, finance, product, and technology teams to ensure seamless execution of process changes. Proactively address gaps that may result in revenue leakage, manual workarounds, delayed execution, or customer dissatisfaction.

Performance Tracking & Executive Reporting
Define success metrics, track progress against outcomes, and provide regular, concise updates to senior leadership on milestones, risks, tradeoffs, and key decisions.
