Nous sommes a la recherche d'un(e) Analyste d'affaires - Optimisation des processus de filtrage de securite pour rejoindre notre equipe.

Responsabilites

  • Realiser des evaluations de l'etat actuel des processus de filtrage de securite, de gestion des acces, de verification des entrepreneurs et de gestion des visiteurs afin d'identifier les lacunes, les inefficacites, les risques et les occasions d'amelioration;

  • Collaborer avec les parties prenantes et les consulter afin de recueillir les besoins d'affaires, documenter les enjeux rencontres, evaluer les besoins futurs et soutenir l'elaboration de recommandations pour les programmes;

  • Evaluer les mecanismes de gouvernance, de gestion des risques, de prise de decision, d'imputabilite, de delegation et d'escalade afin d'assurer leur alignement avec les exigences operationnelles et de securite;

  • Elaborer des recommandations d'amelioration des processus visant a simplifier, normaliser, rationaliser, numeriser et automatiser les activites du programme en s'appuyant sur les meilleures pratiques de l'industrie et des analyses comparatives;

  • Concevoir des modeles operationnels cibles et des cadres de processus pour le programme de filtrage de securite et de gestion des acces, incluant les structures de gouvernance, les flux de travail, les roles et responsabilites en utilisant ServiceNow;

  • Definir les exigences d'affaires et formuler des recommandations de mise en uvre afin de soutenir les initiatives de transformation numerique, notamment l'automatisation des flux de travail, les capacites de production de rapports et les solutions de modernisation des processus;

  • Mettre en place des cadres de mesure de la performance en definissant les indicateurs cles de performance (ICP), les mesures de reference, les exigences en matiere de rapports et les approches de realisation des benefices afin de soutenir l'amelioration continue;

  • Elaborer des feuilles de route de mise en uvre, des strategies de gestion du changement, du materiel de formation ainsi que des recommandations destinees a la haute direction afin d'assurer la modernisation reussie et la perennite du programme de filtrage de securite et de gestion des acces;

  • Effectuer toute autre activite connexe et produire les livrables requis.

Qualifications

  • University degree or college diploma in Business Administration, Public Administration, Operations Management, Management Consulting, or a related field;
  • Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Management (BPM), Prosci, or equivalent certification;
  • A minimum of seven (7) years of demonstrated experience in business analysis, process improvement, operational transformation, or program modernization initiatives within large and complex organizations;
  • A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience conducting current-state assessments, gap analyses, governance reviews, and risk assessments to identify operational inefficiencies, control gaps, and opportunities for improvement;
  • Demonstrated experience supporting initiatives related to security screening, access management, compliance, risk management, workflow automation, digital transformation, or operational resilience;
  • Demonstrated experience gathering and documenting business requirements, facilitating workshops and stakeholder consultations, and developing recommendations for process optimization and modernization;
  • Demonstrated experience designing future-state operating models, developing implementation roadmaps, establishing performance measurement frameworks, and supporting change management activities;
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct process assessments, process mapping, gap analyses, root-cause analyses, and business process re-engineering activities;
  • Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements using industry-standard business analysis methodologies;
  • Demonstrated ability to assess and design governance frameworks, operating models, workflows, accountability structures, risk controls, and escalation processes;
  • Demonstrated ability to define requirements and develop recommendations for workflow automation, process digitization, reporting solutions, and business process modernization initiatives;
  • Demonstrated experience using ServiceNow to analyze, design, configure, implement, or optimize workflow automation, case management, approval processes, reporting capabilities, and business process modernization solutions;
  • Demonstrated proficiency with business analysis, process mapping, reporting, and presentation tools such as Microsoft Visio, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power BI, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent tools;
  • The Consultant must be eligible to obtain the following security clearance: Reliability Status, which requires a minimum of five (5) years of verifiable personal history.
