Crafted Highlights:

In the role of Process Leader - working at the Rocky Mountain Bottle Company in Wheat Ridge, CO. You will be responsible for leading, coaching and motivating an operational team to ensure high quality products are produced safely and cost effectively through maximizing operational efficiency and continuous improvement of a process or system

You will lead departmental operations in one of the glass manufacturing areas, towards the vision of a high performance team culture and drive change management initiatives to continually improve both plant and process operations to meet World Class Supply Chain Standards.  

What You'll Be Brewing:

  • Builds and develops a team of technicians in the areas of technical and leadership capability.  Develops team members to lead and manage and make sound decisions in all performance aspects of day-to-day operations. 
  • You will lead a 24-hour operation of a functional area with managerial support, or leads a small shift team with one or two shifts (not 24-hour production), or shares responsibility for a functional area 
  • Owns Centerline Management System for the line(s)/department, including all data analysis, management of targets and documents standards, health checks, training and coaching of others on site to build  
  • Troubleshooting and Problem Solving - identifies through loss tree, the top 3 stops and root causes during the Daily Direction Setting (DDS) meetings, reviews changeovers, and assigns owners to follow up actions on the daily plan and for the next shift

Key Ingredients: 

  • You have aBachelor'sdegreein packaging, technology, engineering, or related field and/or 2+ years of relevant experience. 
  • Understands and is able to apply the Molson Coors World Class Supply Chain principles.  
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends, manage risks, and control costs; adept at using MCMS for data tracking and traceability.  
  • Technical knowledge of SAP and maintenance systems, with troubleshooting skills and familiarity with RCM and CBM practices to maximize equipment reliability.  
  • Leadership capability to manage diverse teams, set priorities, and adapt to changing production needs and equipment challenges.  
  • Working knowledge of process control systems and mechanical/electrical components, including pumps, valves, drives, and data logging systems. 
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities

Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $83,300.00 - $109,400.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
