Job description

The Chief Financial Officer reports to the Executive Director and works collaboratively as a member of the agency's senior staff to accomplish strategic financial and operational priorities of the Authority. It advises the Executive Director and the Board of Directors on fiscal matters and assists the Executive Director in strategic financial planning. It works closely with agency leadership and colleagues to encourage and facilitate business process improvement and excellent customer service.

It formulates, develops, and oversees implementation of policies and procedures for fiscal management, consistent with federal and State laws and regulations and GAAP standards.
