What is your role?

You will be responsible of helping to drive the strategic evolution of business processes across Finance and the organization while being part of a dynamic global team focused on Performance Excellence and Quality.

Major responsibilities and tasks of the position:

  • Provide leadership and subject-matter expertise in identifying and deploying business process enhancements that enable sustainable growth and seamless expansion across functions
  • Oversee Performance Excelence governance and deployment in the Americas region, ensuring consistent application and adoption of methodologies (DMAIC, DESGN, PQA, Lean) through business partnership and stakeholder engagement.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement through individual improvement programs and consistent focus on performance excellence.
  • Develop the Business Americas Hub by building out a Continuous Improvement team of embedded resources.
  • Drive high-impact quality initiatives that yield measurable Return of Investment aligned with the Annual Operating Plan.

What do you need to have?

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in related roles.
  • Experience with Process Excellence methodologies and Green Belt certification.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio or Project.
  • Proven project management experience.
  • Experience in finance process optimization.
