About the Opportunity We are selecting a small cohort of US-based graduates to join our 2026 Associate Consultant Programme out of Alpharetta, Georgia — a structured, two-phase pathway into one of the fastest-growing and most in-demand specialisms in enterprise technology. Phase 1 — Pune, India (6 months, from September 2026) You will join our Pune delivery centre for intensive, mentorship‐led training alongside experienced SAP consultants and engineers building and delivering global transformation programmes. Phase 2 — Alpharetta, US (permanent) You return to Alpharetta as a fully trained Associate, working on client engagements with a clear career path ahead. No prior SAP knowledge required.
