As Manager, Business Planning at Spectrum, you’ll manage operational and financial planning, overseeing integrated analysis of key metrics while guiding a team of analysts. Your work will drive the development and execution of data-driven reporting and analysis, shaping impactful financial decisions across the organization.


How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead and mentor Business Planning Analysts, providing coaching and performance monitoring to support their development
  • Oversee budget and forecast functions by designing models, managing reporting and analysis processes, and ensuring accuracy
  • Coordinate monthly financial reporting summaries and forecast trends, acting as a liaison for department budget processes
  • Direct complex data management activities by reviewing, analyzing, and presenting solutions to department leadership
  • Manage a team responsible for gathering, refining, and maintaining business requirements for all opportunity-to-cash order flow activities
  • Assign and support projects for direct reports while ensuring continuous improvement across business planning functions
  • Execute departmental processes and methodologies, ensuring all business rules and policies are documented and implemented
  • Analyze costs and metrics, identify business risks, and oversee risk mitigation strategies related to new products, services, and technologies
