Our client,  Surus LLC / Sueep, is looking to hire a Business Operations Manager in Bala Cynwyd, PA! 


Position Overview

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing sales operations, ongoing projects, team coordination, client relationships, and overall division performance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, operationally strong, capable of managing people, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities move quickly. You will work directly with ownership and play a key role in scaling revenue and operational efficiency.


Responsibilities

Operations Management

Oversee day-to-day operations for commercial cleaning projects

Coordinate post-construction cleaning and janitorial jobs

Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards

Manage scheduling, staffing coordination, and workflow execution

Resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently

Sales & Client Management

Assist with managing incoming leads and client relationships

Help oversee proposal generation, pricing, and job estimating

Support growth of janitorial and post-construction accounts

Maintain strong communication with property managers, general contractors, and commercial clients

Help drive division revenue growth and performance

Team Leadership

Manage office coordination and operational staff

Hold teams accountable to performance expectations

Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training

Improve internal systems, processes, and communication

Administrative & Organizational Responsibilities

Track project progress and operational metrics

Ensure proper documentation and reporting

Help create scalable systems and SOPs

Coordinate between field operations and management



Requirements

Qualifications

Previous experience in operations management, business management, project management, or commercial cleaning management preferred

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving ability

Ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Experience in commercial cleaning, facilities, construction, or service industries is a strong plus
