Job description

Meet Yubico: the creator of the most secure passkeys and leading provider of hardware authentication security keys. Our company's mission is to make secure login easy and available for everyone. Yubico was founded in 2007 by Stina and Jakob Ehrensvard, and is public on Nasdaq Stockholm Main Market: YUBICO. Our customers include Fortune 500 companies, hundreds of government agencies and millions of individuals in over 160 countries that rely on Yubico technology to secure access to computers, online services and mobile apps. Our global customer base includes organizations of varying sizes, from large corporations such as Google, Amazon, Microsoft and Hyatt, to companies like Dyson. We are a global company with a strong company culture and employees located in over 14 countries. Yubico's headquarters are based in Stockholm, Sweden, Santa Clara, CA and Singapore. Aligned with our mission to make the internet more secure for everyone, Yubico donates YubiKeys to organizations helping at-risk individuals through our philanthropic initiative, Secure it Forward.
The Role:
We are looking for a Senior Business Operations Engineer to join our global Business Operations team, based in Sweden and the US. This is a Salesforce-heavy role, but it goes beyond CRM development. You will be a technical partner to our Go to Market (GTM) teams (Sales, Marketing, Revops, etc.), translating their needs into reliable, scalable solutions across our full stack: Salesforce, NetSuite, and the integrations that connect them.
You will work closely with stakeholders in GTM teams, picking up rough ideas and turning them into production-ready solutions. This means you need to be as comfortable in a whiteboard conversation as you are in a code editor. A genuine interest in how GTM organizations operate in our business is as important here as technical depth.
We build with the best tool for the job. That usually means Flows, declarative configuration, or AI-assisted automation, with Apex and custom code available when the problem calls for it.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
  • Salesforce development: Design and build solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, using Apex, LWC, and Flows depending on what the problem requires.
  • Stakeholder collaboration: Work directly with stakeholders to understand business problems, challenge requirements, and turn ideas into maintainable, production-grade solutions.
  • Integrations: Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, and other systems using Celigo and REST/SOAP APIs, with Java or SuiteScript where custom logic is required.
  • AI implementation: Identify and build AI-driven automations that reduce manual work and improve data quality across the business.
  • NetSuite: Support data flow and business logic between CRM and ERP, with development as needed.
  • Data and analytics: Collaborate with our data team on BigQuery and dbt to make sure business logic is accurately reflected in reporting.
  • Tech health: Audit and reduce technical debt, converting legacy code to declarative solutions where practical.
  • DevOps and documentation: Manage releases, version control (Git), and own the technical documentation for everything you build.
Basic Requirements:
  • 5+ years of development experience in a Business Operations or Systems Engineering environment.
  • Strong Salesforce skills: Apex, Lightning Web Components, and advanced Flows.
  • Solid background in Java; Apex is closely related and experience with both is expected.
  • Experience with middleware and API integrations (REST/SOAP); Celigo experience is an advantage.
  • Experience working with Sales and Marketing teams, with a solid understanding of how sales organisations work.
  • Clear, confident English communication skills, written and verbal. You will be working with non-technical stakeholders regularly.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
Bonus Skills:
  • Experience with NetSuite or a strong motivation to learn it quickly.
  • JavaScript and/or SuiteScript experience.
  • Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs into business workflows.
  • Experience with SQL, BigQuery, or dbt.
  • Familiarity with GCP, AWS, or Azure.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer, or similar certifications.

At Yubico, we offer:
Freedom and Flexibility: At Yubico, we want you to be your most productive selves whether you decide to work 100% from home or choose to work hybrid/onsite. The way we balance the fast-paced demands of a high-growth company and sustainability is making rest a priority.
