  • Support implementation and adoption of business systems, operational tools, and company processes, while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Coordinate facility logistics, including executive visits, customer meetings, employee events, and company functions.
  • Manage operational projects and administrative initiatives, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and priorities are met.
  • Monitor day-to-day operational activities, identify process improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions that enhance efficiency, organization, and employee experience.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), documentation, operational records, and administrative processes that support business continuity.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, operational summaries, and business metrics for site leadership and Corporate Business Operations.
  • Assist with facility readiness, office organization, space planning, and overall presentation of the Valdosta location.
  • Exercise sound judgment when resolving routine operational issues, escalating significant matters to leadership as appropriate.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive company, employee, financial, and customer information.
  • Foster a professional, collaborative, and customer-focused work environment that reflects Blue Ops' culture and operational standards.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven ability to independently manage multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced organization.
  • Experience developing and improving business processes and operational procedures.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience managing vendors, facilities, budgets, and administrative operations.
  • Strong decision-making skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment independently.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.

Preferred Qualifications
