Overview:
R2 Technologies Corporation is seeking a Business Operations and Development professional responsible for managing business operations, supporting growth initiatives, and overseeing service delivery within a technology services environment. This role requires a combination of operational leadership, hands-on execution, and coordination across business and technical functions.
Responsibilities
  • Direct daily operations of department, analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards and setting deadlines.
  • Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems.
  • Involves strategizing, planning, and developing organizational goals, policies, and procedures
  • Review project plans and support the delivery of products and services
  • Develop in-house solutions and support implementation of go-to-market strategies
  • Evaluate market feasibility and competitor landscape to support business growth in IT services
  • Work with teams to develop solutions that add business value
  • Support and oversee architecture and implementation of technical solutions for internal systems and platforms
  • Assign, coordinate, and review the work of software developers, computer programmers, systems analysts, data engineers, and related team members
  • Evaluate technology usage and recommend improvements to support operational needs
  • Prepare and review operational and project progress reports
