Lonestar Electric Supply is seeking an Operations Assistant to provide administrative and coordination support to the operations team. This role assists with daily operational tasks, reporting, documentation, and cross-department coordination to help ensure smooth and efficient business operations. The Operations Assistant is an entry-to-early career role ideal for individuals looking to grow within operations or business management.


Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to operations leadership and teams.
Assist with scheduling, documentation, reporting, and data entry related to operational activities.
Support coordination between departments on operational tasks and initiatives.
Help track project timelines, action items, and deliverables.
Assist with collecting and organizing operational data and reports.
Support budgeting and expense tracking activities as assigned.
Maintain organized records, files, and documentation.
Assist with preparation of presentations, summaries, and internal communications.
Perform general office and operational support duties as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned by operations leadership.


Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
1-3 years of administrative, operations, or business support experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
