Job description

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who will join us in building solutions for a future. You have a unique opportunity to join the division who is responsible for the new solutions creation and implementation globally Responsibilities: Responsible for the day to day requirements gathering to ensure planned milestones for complex client facing program. Identify stakeholders and key organizations in order to build and manage relationships to ensure smooth execution.

Direct creation of requirements and manage their alignment to business goals. Lead the facilitation, coordination, and arbitration of cross-functional issues/risk/dependencies. Work with Project Sponsor to ensure business case/cost benefit analysis is in line with business goals.

Direct the communication of status, issue, and risk disposition to all stakeholders, including senior management, on a timely basis. Direct the identification of risks which impact project delivery and ensure mitigation strategies are developed and executed when necessary. Escalate program risks to the Program Manager if appropriate.

Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards. Qualifications: 8+ years relevant experience in Funds Services, especially Fund Accounting E2E 3+ years in large transformation programs including system design/requirements analysis and cooperation with technology for an execution Experience in Testing - scope, scenarios validation & results review (both functional & regression) Education: Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
