[Job Summary]

The Business Operations Specialist supports day-to-day business operations, including sales transaction support, documentation control, inventory-related coordination, management reporting, and accounting support. This role works closely with sales, accounting, logistics, headquarters, and external partners to ensure accurate transaction processing, timely reporting, and smooth business execution. The role also supports basic market research and business analysis to assist management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

1. U.S Origination & Domestic Logistics

a. Support sales-related business transactions, including review of purchase

orders, sales orders, invoices, delivery documents, and supporting evidence

b. Coordinate with sales, accounting, logistics, headquarters, and external

partners to resolve transaction, documentation, and operational issues

c. Assist with monthly closing activities, including transaction review, gross profit

analysis, accruals, prepaid expenses, and General Ledger account review

d. Support bank reconciliations, financial statement preparation, CPA

coordination, and ad hoc management reporting

e. Assist with consolidation and intercompany reconciliation processes by

preparing supporting schedules and transaction data

f. Support inventory-related operations and accounting, including inventory

movement tracking, delivery timing, storage cost review, and reconciliation with SAP records

g. Monitor and summarize market trends, customer updates, competitor

activities, pricing references, logistics costs, and regulatory developments

relevant to the business

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, economics, or related field

- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

- Ability to collect, organize, and summarize business and market information from public sources, industry reports, customer communications, and internal data

-Korean-English bilingual proficiency.

Preferred Experience

- Hands-on experience in business operations, sales operations, accounting support, business analysis, trading, manufacturing, distribution, or logistics-related business preferred

- SAP experience strongly preferred

- Experience with PO/SO, invoice review, sales documentation, inventory, gross profit analysis, or monthly closing support preferred
