Position overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven professional to lead Product and Asset Management for the Americas Liquid Resins and Additives portfolio. In this role, you will shape and execute regional plans aligned with business unit strategy, driving profitable growth and delivering value to our customers.
This is a highly visible, cross-functional leadership role where you will influence key decisions across product strategy, supply chain, and commercial operations. Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize the product portfolio by monitoring profitability, improving margins, and refining product mix across regions, customers, and product families.
  • Develop and maintain an effective product strategy aligned with customer needs, competitive positioning, and cost considerations.
  • Lead product lifecycle activities, including innovation input, product launches, and collaboration with technology teams.
  • Drive manufacturing and supply optimization initiatives such as debottlenecking, asset efficiency, and external partnerships (supply/tolling).
  • Define and recommend sourcing strategies, including supplier engagement and make-or-buy decisions to maximize profitability.
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales to align on product priorities, growth strategies, and competitive positioning.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, product registrations, and alignment across regions, including pricing and packaging strategies.
  • Develop pricing strategies, ensure data quality, and collaborate cross-functionally to assess cost structures and value propositions.
  • Support S&OP processes, capacity planning, inventory management, and resolution of operational and commercial issues.
  • Lead cross-functional growth, business improvement, and digital initiatives, generating insights through analytics to enhance performance and decision-making.

Required skills and experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience, with a significant portion in operations, product management, supply chain, or business management within the chemical industry.
  • Proven experience managing complex supply networks, tolling relationships, and make-or-buy decisions.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business planning capabilities.
  • Ability to balance commercial priorities with operational constraints in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives within a matrix organization.
  • Digital mindset, with an interest in leveraging AI and advanced analytics to improve business processes and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field required; MBA preferred.
