Summary of Role:

The Business Intelligence Architect leads the strategy, governance, delivery, and adoption of enterprise business intelligence and analytics capabilities across global corporate and manufacturing organizations. This role is responsible for enabling data-driven decision making at scale through the modernization of enterprise analytics platforms, development of self-service capabilities, and deployment of AI-powered business intelligence solutions.

Serving as a strategic partner to executive leadership, the role drives enterprise transformation through Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot for Power BI, and related technologies. The position balances business strategy, technology leadership, organizational change management, and talent development to deliver measurable business value while establishing scalable, governed, and secure analytics ecosystems.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Be a technical lead on a global team responsible for business intelligence development, analytics engineering, and reporting platforms supporting manufacturing, supply chain, finance, HR, commercial operations, engineering, and corporate functions.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, operational excellence, and data-driven decision making across the enterprise.
  • Own Microsoft Fabric and PowerBI platforms for the enterprise, including platform strategy, architecture, governance, security, adoption, and operational excellence.
  • Drive modernization of legacy analytics environments through cloud-first architectures, platform consolidation, and technical debt reduction initiatives.
  • Establish enterprise governance frameworks for reporting standards, semantic models, data visualization, and citizen development programs.
  • Lead enterprise adoption of self-service analytics by developing reusable semantic models, training programs, and enablement frameworks.
  • Influence organizational change management efforts to increase adoption of new technologies, analytics platforms, and AI-powered capabilities.

  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, semantic layer design, KPI frameworks, and analytics governance.
  • Experience supporting large-scale global user communities with diverse analytics needs.

  • Demonstrated success implementing Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, enterprise cloud analytics platforms, and AI enablement initiatives.

  • Industry certifications related to Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure, AI, data architecture, or enterprise technology leadership.

Expected Salary Range

$124,000.00 - $208,000.00
