Title: Connected Services Systems Analyst/ PM
Location: Auburn Hills, MI
Job Description:
  • Automotive Industry and Connected Car experience preferred
  • Product Management/Product Owner Roles and experience
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex systems. Conduct needs discovery.
  • Document requirements, create functional specifications, process mapping, and flowcharts.
  • Participate in design sessions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong systems analysis and business design skills.
  • Experience in all aspects of systems and business analysis (Hands-on experience creating concepts, flows, uses cases, functional modeling)
  • Strong facilitation and workshop management skills (JAD, design thinking, etc.)
  • Experience in full system/product development lifecycle
  • Solid project experience with a good technology foundation in modern architecture
  • Strong experience in project/product roll-out (Vision, requirements, use cases, traceability, acceptance, etc.)
  • Experience working as a liaison between business and technology teams.
  • Understand system integration mechanisms and APIs.
  • Ability to learn complex eco system of products quickly and document system to system interactions.
  • Must be able to work on multiple projects concurrently and changing priorities as required to meet platform requirements and timelines
  • Participates in design reviews and proactively escalates issues for resolution while understanding the major impacts to technical and business-related areas
  • Works closely with technical staff to ensure changes are implemented according to required business and technical specifications
  • Write operational requirements and define support processes for upcoming products and features
  • Should be able to understand end-to-end system integrations and capture details and demonstrate in flow diagrams
  • Must Have ability to identify gaps and risks in the system process flow and report them to the architect/design team.
  • Ability to comprehend end to end functionality of one or more products/features
  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise on the products/features they are responsible for.
  • Continuously evolve in the current assignment to grow the product /feature portfolio.
  • Experience in JIRA required
  • Familiarity with telematics and/or IoT platforms.
