  • Cut master spots into 60, 30, 15, and 6 second versions, plus vertical formats for mobile-first delivery
  • Produce rapid-response content under tight turnarounds, including same-day opposition responses during debate windows and breaking news cycles
  • Build lower thirds, bugs, end cards, and FCC-compliant disclaimers for political broadcast spots
  • Create sizzle reels, pitch videos, and storyboards for new business presentations
  • Integrate TSGCo's internal AI products (Storyboard Generator, Graphics Generator) into production workflows
  • Maintain brand and visual consistency across multi-asset campaigns

  • Comfort working under campaign-cycle pressure, including evenings and weekends in the final 60 days before major elections
  • Discretion and judgment when handling sensitive opposition research, internal polling, and pre-release content

Bonus

Salary range $75,000 to $90,000 based on experience, plus performance bonus structure tied to election cycle performance. Full health, dental, and vision coverage. ESOP participation. 401(k) match. Unlimited PTO with mandatory minimums. Equipment provided.
