End-to-End Testing BA/QA Lead - AMI Operations & Compliance Position Summary The BA/QA Lead - AMI Operations & Compliance serves as a senior delivery and quality leader supporting company's Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Operations organization. This role is responsible for leading business analysis, quality assurance, testing strategy, regulatory and operational compliance validation, and solution delivery support across AMI systems, integrations, and business processes.

The successful candidate will partner with business stakeholders, product owners, operations teams, vendors, developers, architects, and project leadership to ensure that AMI solutions meet business requirements, operational objectives, quality standards, and regulatory compliance obligations. This individual will provide leadership for requirements management, testing activities, defect management, release validation, and continuous process improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis Leadership Lead requirements gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders.

Document, analyze, and validate business requirements, user stories, workflows, business rules, and operational processes. Partner with AMI Operations, Compliance, Meter Data Management (MDM), Customer Operations, and IT teams to deliver effective business solutions. Support business process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiencies.

Quality Assurance - Primary Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies across AMI applications, integrations, interfaces, and operational processes. Lead all phases of testing including: System Testing Integration Testing End-to-End Testing Regression Testing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Performance and Load Testing Compliance and Audit Validation Testing Establish QA standards, governance processes, testing metrics, and quality controls. Coordinate testing efforts across multiple teams and vendors.

Manage defect triage, prioritization, root cause analysis, and defect resolution activities. Promote testing automation and continuous improvement of QA processes. Compliance & Operational Support Support compliance initiatives related to AMI operations, utility regulatory requirements, audit findings, cybersecurity controls, and operational risk mitigation.

Ensure solutions satisfy business controls, audit requirements, and documented operational procedures. Participate in operational readiness reviews, production validations, and release activities. Develop and maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, defects, and compliance controls.

Assist in preparation for internal and external audits. Agile Delivery & Collaboration Serve as a QA and requirements leader within Agile delivery teams. Provide status reporting, risk identification, and issue escalation to leadership.

Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of IT, Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, or related experience. Minimum 5 years leading QA, testing, or business analysis initiatives. Experience leading end-to-end testing efforts across enterprise applications.

Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices. Experience facilitating cross-functional meetings and stakeholder workshops. Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting utility operations, AMI, Meter Data Management (MDM), Grid Technologies, Energy Delivery, or Customer Systems. Knowledge of AMI platforms, meter communications, meter operations, outage management, or related utility technologies.

Experience supporting regulatory compliance, audit remediation, or operational controls. Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, ALM, Selenium, TestRail, or similar tools. Experience validating data integrations, APIs, cloud-based solutions, and enterprise applications.

Knowledge of testing automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines. Experience working with vendors and third-party technology partners. Education High School Diploma/GED with 8+ years of relevant experience; OR Associate Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related discipline with 6+ years of relevant experience; OR Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related discipline with 4+ years of relevant experience.
