We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and tech-savvy Business Development Center (BDC) Representative to join our growing team. If you have a passion for customer service, great communication skills, and love a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities of the Business Development Representative:
  • Lead Engagement: Promptly respond to inbound phone calls, internet inquiries, and live chats from customers interested in purchasing a vehicle or scheduling service.
  • Appointment Setting: Guide customers through their inquiries and successfully schedule appointments for dealership visits.
  • Outbound Outreach: Conduct outbound follow-up calls, texts, and emails to warm leads, past customers, and unsold showroom visitors.
  • CRM Management: Document all customer interactions and update profiles in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software with high accuracy.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with our Sales and Service managers to ensure seamless transitions for customers arriving at the dealership.
Requirements of the Business Development Representative:
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a confident, friendly phone demeanor.
  • Tech Skills: Proficiency with computers; experience with CRM systems (e.g., VinSolutions, Elead, Reynolds amp; Reynolds) is a big plus.
  • Resilience: A positive attitude with the ability to handle objections and maintain motivation during high-volume call periods.
