We're seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to drive the growth of our agency by developing strategic referral partnerships throughout Port St. Lucie.

About the Role:

As a Home Care Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing and managing referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, senior communities, and case managers. You will generate new client referrals through networking and community outreach, schedule and conduct in-person meetings and presentations, and represent Care Connect at Home at community events and networking opportunities. You will also maintain an organized pipeline of referral sources, collaborate with leadership to develop growth strategies, and consistently achieve referral and growth goals.

Responsibilities:
