Job description

We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused professional to lead sales, business development, and estimating for our electrical service department. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on developing new opportunities while building long-term client relationships.

With over 50 years in business, our company has built a strong reputation for quality work and dependable service. This position plays a key role in continuing that legacy by expanding our client base and strengthening repeat electrical service business across Southeast Florida.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new business opportunities across commercial and industrial service markets
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with property managers, facility managers, and business owners
  • Respond to incoming service requests and convert them into ongoing client relationships
  • Revisit and restore old customer relationships
  • Perform job walks, scope work, and prepare complete estimates from start to finish
  • Prepare and present proposals, bids, and pricing to clients
  • Manage and grow a pipeline of opportunities with a focus on repeat business
  • Coordinate with field teams to ensure accurate scope, pricing, and execution
  • Track sales activity, opportunities, and performance metrics
  • Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and industry functions
  • Provide a concise installation plan when the bid is awarded.
