Job description

Bilingual Service Business Development Representative BDC The Service Business Development Representative answers incoming service inquiries and assists in greeting visitors in a friendly, interested, and helpful manner. They receives, processes, and coordinates all incoming service appoints via phone, website, and online chat. In addition, they performs clerical and administrative duties for the Service departments. 
The ideal candidate may have previous experience in a similar position (administrative, clerical, call center, customer service, etc.), and a working knowledge of automotive service.  They must have a pleasant and courteous personality, strong administrative and organizational skills, strong phone and computer skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  This job description summary outlines core aspects of this position, but additional duties may be required on a routine basis. This job description does not constitute the complete responsibilities for this position.    Responsibilities  Manages all incoming sales and service appointment quires by scheduling appointments, confirming pending appointments, following up with missed appointments Coordinates questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel Helps follow up with phone and internet service leads Make outbound calls to customers regarding upcoming appointments and services due Assist customers in determining appropriate scheduling options for their vehicle Assist with basic questions regarding service pricing, service duration, warranty coverage, and service packages Manages all required paperwork and prepares documentation (forms, reports, etc.) when needed Tracks loaner vehicles for customers Confirms special order parts Provides administrative assistance as needed
