The Business Development Associate will define and facilitate core business development activities. The company looks to the associate to generate and implement strategies forย  both new business development as well as maintaining existing client relationships.

Responsibilities:
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Commercial Mortgage Lending experience (including origination and underwriting), CRE and synidicated loan are required
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Ability to solve problems and negotiate with customers
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Effective customer service
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Knowledge of Financial Report analysis
ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Proficiency in computer applications
Qualifications:
