Responsibilities

●      Prospect new business via cold calls, email, networking, referrals, social selling, and in-person meetings

●      Identify hiring needs and recommend customized staffing solutions

●      Schedule and run client meetings, presentations, and discovery calls

●      Prepare proposals, pricing, and service contracts

●      Manage the full sales cycle from lead to signed contract

●      Track sales activity and pipeline in CRM

●      Hit monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals

●      Partner with recruiters and account managers for successful placements

●      Build long-term relationships generating repeat business

Qualifications

●      0–1 year in B2B sales, customer service, recruiting, staffing, account management, or business development
