Toro Marketing Group is hiring a B2B Management Trainee for individuals who enjoy competition, teamwork, and measurable results.
This is an entry-level, hands-on role focused on learning B2B sales, marketing, and leadership through in-house training and mentorship.
What the role involves:
- B2B sales and marketing campaigns
- Leadership and communication development
- Goal setting and performance tracking
- Team training and development
- Business and campaign operations
Our culture is highly team-oriented. Outside of work, that includes team nights, networking events, sports, dinners, bars, and company activities.
There are also opportunities for company travel and networking, with past trips and events taking our team to destinations such as New York City, Orlando, London, South Africa, and more.
We tend to work well with people who enjoy sports, competition, travel, meeting new people, and being part of a team.
