Our expanding firm is in need of a team of dynamic individuals to assist in the opening of new office locations within the year. As a Business Development / Management Trainee, you will be cross trained in multiple departments while acting as an integral part in increasing brand awareness for our clients.
Responsibilities:
  • Generate new customers and retain current customer base
  • Present products and promotions to prospects
  • Interact with clients and client affiliates
  • Attend and participate in classroom training sessions
  • Motivate and train new team members
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in customer service and/or sales
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication skills
