In this role, you will identify prospective clients, develop and execute business development strategies, manage outreach efforts, coordinate networking activities, and cultivate long-term partnerships that support the company’s operational goals.You will collaborate closely with preconstruction, estimating, operations, and executive leadership teams to identify target opportunities, understand client needs, and position the company as a trusted construction partner. You'll maintain a strong pipeline of prospects, track business development activities, support proposal and presentation efforts, and ensure a seamless transition from opportunity development to project pursuit.Experienced business development professionals may lead market-specific growth initiatives, represent the company at industry events, and contribute to strategic planning that strengthens market presence and client engagement.Successful team members in this role are relationship-focused professionals who excel at networking, communication, strategic thinking, and proactively identifying opportunities in a competitive construction marketplace.
