About this role
This position is for a recognized expert in Business Development, a thought leader, who directs the identification of internal and external issues. Advises on financial modeling and the synthesis of trend data and provides advice on the external environment for growth opportunities. Leads the planning and preparation of business proposals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development for logistics tech and logistics optimization, analytics, and portable cold storage solutions
  • Drive inorganic growth initiatives that complement CST's core offerings and accelerate innovation in cold chain and supply chain domains
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the Head of Products & Solutions and collaborate with global portfolio managers
  • Establishes strategy to drive implementation of initiatives, financial growth opportunities and business development efforts.
  • Manages network of relationships with key current and potential customers to achieve shared goals and lead customer relations management.
  • Consults with the executive leadership team to drive strategy and partnership decisions.
  • Guides coordination with marketing, sales, and technology groups to implement business development strategy.
  • Monitors and evaluates the external environment for financial growth opportunities.
  • Guides the broad planning and preparation of complex business proposals and makes recommendations to senior management to drive strategic decision making.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8 + years of experience in M&A, corporate development, and/or investment banking or Corporate Strategy in supply chain and logistics technology.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Preferred degree in Finance, Business, or Engineering
  • MBA or advanced finance qualifications
  • Direct experience in cold chain
  • Advanced financial modeling and valuation expertise; strong negotiation and influencing skills; deep understanding of cold chain, supply chain, and emerging technologies; ability to manage cross-border transactions and cultural integration.

Pay Range
The annual salary for this position is between $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
Other Compensation
This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
