We are seeking a driven, relationship-first business development professional to fuel growth across Spear’s Manhattan clinics.

This role goes beyond traditional healthcare outreach. The Manhattan Liaison will cultivate referral networks across medicine, corporate wellness, fitness, sports, and the broader Manhattan community. You will not just manage relationships, you will build them, grow them, and translate them into measurable impact.

We are specifically seeking a self-motivated, high-energy go-getter who thrives on ownership, proactively creates opportunities, and consistently outperforms expectations in a fast-paced environment.

ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE & INTERFACES 

Primary Interfaces:

  • Director of Business Development 

  • VP of Business Development & Marketing 

  • Physicians & Clinical Directors 

  • Therapist Team 

Reports to:

  • Director of Business Development 

Location: 

  • In Office (Manhattan HQ) and in the Field  

Position Requirements: 

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in Manhattan 

  • Licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist preferred
