We are a stone design and manufacturing company featured in Luxe, AD, Traditional Home and other publications. We work with the top designers, architects and builders nationally supplying them with mantels, bathtubs, sinks and other architectural products.
Our main showroom and manufacturing facility are located outside of Chicago. Our mission is to provide our customers with high quality products that will last generations.
We are currently looking for a Manager of our company to support and lead every facet of operation. As a manager, you'll be responsible for cultivating new leads, setting up distributors and embracing a multifaceted role in a manufacturing business.
Responsibilities
  • Manage overall company growth metrics are hit by all departments : design, sales and manufacturing
  • Sales
  • Drive the company forward by growing all departments
  • Generate new leads, deal with existing clients, develop distributors
  • Develop a team around you with a collaborative teamwork spirit to achieve goals
  • Establish and develop distribution partnerships and new sales opportunities
  • Branding development
You must have:
  • Excellent sales experience
  • A motivated leader with strong communication skills with the ability to manage internal teams and vendors.
  • Ability to work well with deadlines, juggle and prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions in a timely manner.
  • An expertly organized person with uncharted attention to detail
  • Proven ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with residential and professional customers in the industry
  • Understanding of marketing i.e. social media, Google Ads, Email, Mailers and other forms of marketing.
  • Experience in reviewing and interpreting architectural drawings as well as AutoCAD other 3D modeling software
  • Proficiency with analytical, scheduling and computer skill sets: CRM, Quickbooks, Google Suites. A technical acumen to learn necessary software. Demonstrated use of technology
  • Design experience or contraction experience
  • Worked in the interior design or manufacturing spaces
