We're looking for an energetic, detail-oriented, and self-motivated professional to help grow our commercial cleaning business and support the day-to-day success of our Spokane satellite office.


This is a customer-facing, independent role that combines business development with local operations. You'll build relationships with business owners, property managers, facility managers, and other decision-makers while also providing support and leadership to our current cleaning staff.


What You'll Do

  • Develop new commercial cleaning business through in-person outreach, networking, referrals, and relationship building.

  • Meet directly with business owners, property managers, facility managers, and decision-makers.

  • Attend industry events, networking meetings, and community events to build relationships and generate opportunities.

  • Represent our company professionally throughout the Spokane community.

  • Conduct property walkthroughs, prepare proposals, and follow up with prospective customers.

  • Help maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure their needs are being met.

  • Support and work closely with our current cleaning staff, helping address day-to-day needs and ensuring service expectations are met.

  • Conduct site visits and quality-control inspections.

  • Help coordinate schedules, supplies, and operational needs as necessary.

  • Manage your own schedule and business development activities while staying accountable for results.

  • Communicate regularly with the main office and attend required team meetings.
