Working at SITE Technologies:

SITE Technologies is seeking a Business Development Representative to join its Sales Team. This role will focus on generating qualified leads for the sales organization to support SITE's ongoing new business growth. It is responsible for executing high-value prospecting campaigns and keeping deals moving smoothly from first contact through close

Requirements What you'll do:
  • Develop and execute high-value prospecting campaigns, including priority outreach lists and targeted email sequence.
  • Conduct market research on the competitive landscape, customer needs, and industry trends.
  • Build outreach messaging (call scripts, emails, LinkedIn messages) in collaboration with Account Directors.
  • Run cold outbound calling and call-downs alongside Account Directors to secure meetings.
  • Conduct property research to support accurate, data-driven pricing for proposals.
  • Support Sales and Marketing at conferences: booth setup, platform demos for prospects, and lead follow-up.
What Weโ€™re Looking For:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in marketing, business or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant industry experience in a tech company or Saas startup.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Google Workspace, Salesforce, marketing automation, Linkedin and Adobe products.
  • Excellent copywriting and organizational skills; comfortable juggling multiple campaigns and pricing requests at once.
  • Comfortable with basic mapping/GIS-style tools, or willing to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a laser-like focus on deadlines and adapting to a changing market.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation.
  • Familiarity with sales fundamentals (qualifying leads, following up, basic closing concepts) is helpful; training will refine these skills.
Exceptional candidates also have:
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree.
  • Prior experience or knowledge of the technology or commercial real estate industry.
  • Experience with quoting/proposal tools or basic mapping/GIS Software.

  • This is a hybrid Chicago based position with 2 days per week expected in-office.
  • A competitive base salary of $65 to $85K plus commission and the opportunity to participate in SITEโ€™s stock options plan.
