Overview
The Business Development Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategies to increase sales of metal roofing panels, siding, and related building products. This individual will work closely with the Everlast Roofing Sales Manager to identify opportunities and develop new relationships with potential customers. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for understanding industry trends, identifying potential customers for targeted outreach, and developing and executing customer retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Develop customer profiles and create targeted customer outreach strategies.
  • Analyze customer needs and industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Foster and grow relationships with existing customers to increase sales and customer loyalty.
  • Develop and execute pricing strategies to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Identify and cultivate key customer relationships, lead customer meetings, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor customer feedback, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential customers.
