First-Year On-Target Earnings (OTE): $90,000-$120,000

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow an outside B2B sales team in the Edmonton market.

This is a hands-on sales leadership role for someone who knows how to recruit, coach, develop and hold accountable a quota-carrying sales team while remaining actively involved with customers and the market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sales performance, team development, customer relationships and continued business growth.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience managing an outside, quota-carrying B2B sales team is required.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience managing an outside, quota-carrying B2B sales team
  • Experience managing a team of 5 or more sales professionals
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong experience coaching, developing and holding salespeople accountable to performance goals
  • Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management and CRM systems
  • Strong B2B business development and customer relationship management skills
  • Experience recruiting, onboarding and developing sales talent
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Comfortable spending time in the field with sales representatives and customers
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work in the Edmonton market and travel locally as required

Industry Experience

Experience in the automotive, automotive aftermarket, fleet, equipment, industrial or related industries is an asset.

Compensation

First-Year On-Target Earnings (OTE): $90,000-$120,000

Compensation consists of a base salary plus performance-based incentive compensation. OTE represents expected first-year earnings when performance targets are achieved and is not guaranteed.
