We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Office Manager to join our dynamic team at Acadia Nursing and Rehab Center. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business office and providing exceptional support to our clinical staff.

About the Role:

As a Business Office Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Supervising and coordinating the activities of the business office team to ensure efficient and accurate financial transactions

  • Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll

  • Developing and implementing procedures to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies

  • Providing excellent customer service to patients, families, and staff members

  • Ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial data and other critical information to management and regulatory agencies

  • Developing and managing budgets and financial plans to support the center's goals and objectives

Requirements:
