·         Play a key role in shaping the future growth of our agency
What You Will Do

·         Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects
·         Collaborate with our service team to deliver exceptional client experiences
·         Identify opportunities for home, auto, and other personal insurance products
Who You Are
·         A natural relationship builder and networker
·         Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
·         Professional, positive, and customer-focused
·         Comfortable initiating conversations and developing new opportunities
·         A supportive team player who values collaboration and culture
·         Driven to build a long-term career, not just find another job
Qualifications
·         Experience in business development, sales, financial services, banking, insurance, or a client-facing role is preferred
·         Experience working with business owners is an asset
·         Insurance licensing is an asset but not required
·         We will sponsor and pay for the required licensing and training for the right candidate
Compensation & Benefits
·         Competitive $60,000 base salary
·         Uncapped commission structure
·         Licensing sponsorship and professional development
·         Coaching, mentorship, and ongoing training
·         Career growth opportunities within a growing agency
·         Supportive and collaborative team environment
·         Expected earnings of $90,000 to $120,000+ annually for highly motivated and successful performers
