Business Development Manager

Forecast Sales Inc. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to grow sales of our Pirate Brand® sandblasting equipment and supplies. Pirate Brand sandblasting pots and equipment are proudly manufactured at our facility in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Forecast Sales Inc. is a manufacturing wholesaler serving an established network of distributors and OEM manufacturers throughout the United States. This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission structure and provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth of a respected industrial equipment brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with our existing distributor network.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the abrasive blasting and industrial markets.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales activity information within the company CRM system.
  • Conduct virtual meetings and product presentations using Microsoft Teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and drive sales growth.
  • Work onsite at our Indianapolis, Indiana facility.
  • Travel as needed (typically two weeks or less per year).

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in the abrasive blasting or sandblasting industry.
  • Background in pneumatics and compressed air systems.
  • Industrial sales experience with distributors, manufacturers, or OEMs.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to understand technical products.
