Job description

About the company

Biorce is a pioneering Healthtech company dedicated to revolutionizing drug development through the power of AI. We are passionate about accelerating medical advancements and improving patient outcomes.

Our team comprises seasoned clinical research professionals, data scientists, and AI experts, working collaboratively to bridge the gap between cutting‑edge technology and real‑world clinical needs.

With an unwavering commitment to revolutionize healthcare, we envision a world where all patients benefit from accelerated and cost‑effective access to treatments. Biorce is poised to redefine the landscape of healthcare, shaping a future where innovation and accessibility converge for the betterment of humanity.

About the role

Following our successful expansion into the U.S. and continued growth across Europe, we are seeking a Director of Clinical Solutions to help drive our commercial function across the U.S. As our Director of Clinical Solutions, you’ll be a critical member of our commercial team, responsible for driving growth, building relationships with biopharma partners, and positioning Biorce as a category leader in AI for clinical development. This is a high‑impact role that combines strategy, sales, and client relationship management, with significant opportunity for career growth as our U.S. footprint expands.

Who We’re Looking For

A commercially sharp operator with deep credibility in the U.S. biopharma space. Someone who understands clinical trial processes inside out, has the network to open doors, and the drive to close them. This person should be able to work with full autonomy – owning their territory, generating their own pipeline, and representing Biorce at the highest levels of the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the team that will own and drive the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure with Contract Research Organizatons (CROs) globally.
  • Responsibility for hitting quarterly targets and consistently delivering against ambitious commercial goals.
  • Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies tailored to the U.S. and EU markets, in collaboration with the Chief Commercial Officer and Global Head of commercial operations.
  • Identify high‑value potential clients and decision makers, and cultivate strong, trust‑based relationships.
  • Represent Biorce at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Clinical Solutions, and Product teams to tailor pitches and ensure client success.
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to inform product development and strategic decisions.
  • Help define and refine commercial processes and infrastructure as we scale operations in the U.S. and EU.
  • Take full ownership of objectives, responsibilities, and assigned territory, working independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or enterprise sales in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO sectors.
  • Deep understanding of clinical trial processes and a strong network in the U.S. biopharma ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of closing mid‑to‑large enterprise deals and building long‑term relationships with C‑level stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast‑paced, startup environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technology in simple, value‑driven terms.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% across the U.S. and internationally.
Nice‑to‑Haves
  • Familiarity with AI‑driven platforms in a clinical or drug development context.
What We Offer
  • Competitive base salary and uncapped commission structure.
  • Opportunity to shape the future of a fast‑growing AI healthtech company entering the U.S. market.
  • Opportunity to grow into broader strategic or leadership role as Biorce expands.
  • Dynamic work environment with an international team, collaboration and diversity thrive.
  • Comprehensive private health coverage.
  • Hybrid work model offering flexibility to balance your professional and personal life.
  • Company events to celebrate achievements and enjoy time together.
  • Get equipped with a MacBook.
  • Pet‑friendly office.
Why Join Us?

A dynamic work environment with an international team, where collaboration and diversity thrive. Work alongside top talent, united by a shared purpose and committed to making a real impact.
