GROWTH TEAM ASSOCIATE

ROLE HEADLINE: Grow Dig Inn's sales channels by building, maintaining, nurturing and managing relationships across different verticals and market opportunities. Drive specific KPIs through day to day management to support the business's long term growth initiatives. 

ABOUT THE ROLE: 

Dig Inn's Associate of Growth role is in charge of building channel and market-agnostic revenue. This revenue growth will span a multitude of channels, with Growth Associates supporting both new catering growth and alternative revenue exploration projects alike. You will team up with various departments across the organization to achieve business objectives, analyze performance metrics, and work closely with marketing and cross-functional partners like operations to bring sales building opportunities to life. This is a hybrid position that will require you to work on-site at our restaurants, traveling across the Northeast region on a weekly basis.

In this role, you will collaborate with several teams at Dig Inn to support new partnerships and projects that promote growth. The Growth Associate's success will be determined by incremental, attributable revenue growth, brought to life through the process of identifying and executing on promising new revenue opportunities.

YOU WILL: 

  • Support catering business in key verticals by identifying and establishing relationships with new corporate customers.
  • Work with the larger Revenue & Growth team to identify, align on size-of prize and ultimately execute on compelling net-new alternative revenue. 
  • Utilize CRM software to manage client data, track sales activities, and prepare reports on growth progress.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing and growth plans for Dig Inn's catering business and new sales building initiatives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyze sales data to inform marketing and outreach strategies.
  • Conduct market research and engage with clients directly to improve product-market fit.
  • Test, measure, report, and optimize sales tactics based on business and brand objectives.
  • Work on cross-functional strategic projects with other teams to drive revenue growth.

YOU HAVE: 

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Proven project management and communication skills.
  • Strong ownership and pride in your work - you aim for impact and you have a passion for results. 
  • The ability to work at a strategic level, but you're equally as happy getting your hands dirty.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to engage with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
  • Amazing interpersonal, client-facing communication skills that you love to show off on a daily basis.
  • Never-say-die attitude to finding the right person, establishing the right connection, attending the right event, etc.
  • The ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities at a given time.

COMPENSATION:

Salary Range: $60,000-70,000/year

Our salary ranges are rooted in the desire to pay competitively relative to our organization size and industry, reflecting just one part of the total compensation package;  additional components include a bonus potential, healthcare benefits, various work perks (commuter benefits, free lunch) as well as opportunities for continued growth at DIG.

Individual compensation decisions are determined by factors that include current market location, skills-based qualifications, prior work experience, and balancing internal equity relative to other DIG employees. We expect the majority of candidates who are offered roles at DIG to fall healthily within the ranges based on these factors
