Job description

CentiMark Corporation is North America's leading commercial and industrial roofing and flooring contractor. With over 58 years of construction industry experience, CentiMark was the first roofing contractor rated 5A1 by Dun & Bradstreet.  CentiMark Corporation has over 100 offices nationwide.

This Part-Time Business Development position will be responsible for assisting CentiMark’s Regional Sr. Project Managers and Service Sales Representatives in developing and creating lead generation and other marketing campaigns for our current network of Catholic & Christian Profile & Priority contact lists.

Duties will include the development, creation and measuring lead generation campaigns using internal and external contact databases to identify key contacts at target facility locations.  Work directly with outside sales and inside lead generation representatives that will both enhance and strengthen your individual and team environmental relationships.

Job Summary:
  • Must have strong phone communication skills
  • Ability to effectively interface with a wide range of potential customers and all levels of personnel while demonstrating patience, persistence and flexibility.
  • Effective problem solving and basic marketing skills required
  • Willingness to work well within a team of marketing personnel is a must
  • Typing at 20 to 30 WPM is preferred
  • Excel, Word and PowerPoint experience a must
  • 6 months or more of directly related campaign marketing customer service, telemarketing or inside sales experience is a plus

Hours of operation are 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 pm. – Monday thru Friday – Some flexibility is possible within designated time zones, and Trade Organization Conferences.

Compensation:

  • Competitive hourly base wage dependent upon experience and skills.
