The Opportunity
As a Business Development Associate, you'll play a key role in driving growth by building relationships with referral sources, strengthening community partnerships, and increasing awareness of the services offered by Advanced Spine and Pain Centers.
What You'll Do
Business Development & Community Outreach
  • Increase patient volume through networking, marketing initiatives, and relationship-building within the community
  • Research prospective referral sources in targeted markets and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community providers and referral partners within assigned territories
  • Promote company services to patient referral sources and community stakeholders
  • Represent the company professionally and ensure services are portrayed positively within the community
Marketing & Relationship Management
  • Understand target markets, industries, company contacts, and referral strategies to support business growth
  • Maintain marketing event calendars and coordinate staff participation for events
  • Gather consumer feedback and maintain records to evaluate marketing plan performance and recommend adjustments
  • Communicate customer and client feedback to leadership in a clear and actionable format
  • Support marketing campaigns, communications efforts, and outreach initiatives
Reporting & Operations
  • Provide weekly reports on goals achieved, targets met, and upcoming plans
  • Collaborate with staff and leadership to support ongoing business development efforts
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
