Description
We are seeking a qualified, goal-focused, Business Development Assistant to join our firm. This is an essential position in our company and will play a significant role in converting business development initiatives into new business with focus on client satisfaction and revenue growth. This individual will be outgoing, dynamic, self-motivated and enthusiastic about working with customers and fellow peers.
  • Field incoming calls for necessary action, feed contact into toe manager for BD follow-up
  • Maintain a positive and professional business relationship with prospects and clients
  • Gain insight into the customer's organization, processes, and needs to better serve the customer
  • Master the understanding of complex customer programs and requirements
  • Be a champion at resolving customer complaints
  • React proactively to idle issues impacting Business Development initiatives and customer satisfaction
  • Prepare quotations and sales bids timely and accurately
  • Collaborate with Operations, by acting as the customer advocate.
  • Track orders and shipments
  • Assist with administrative management, supplies inventory and storage as directed
  • All other duties assigned by the VP of Business Development

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of successful Business Development experience
  • Effective use of informational systems (ERP, MS Word/Excel)
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
