Job description

Business Coach – Mentoring the World’s Leading AI Entrepreneurs

The Opportunity
AAA Accelerator, founded by Liam Ottley, is looking for an experienced founder or operator to take on a Business Coaching role—guiding our community of AI entrepreneurs through the execution phase of their 6-month journey. This isn’t your typical coaching position. We’re not looking for a certified coach—we’re looking for someone who’s in the game. You’re currently running one (or more) businesses, generating $20K–$50K/month or more, and you’ve built real systems, hired real teams, and know what it means to scale under pressure. You’ll support founders who are just a couple of steps behind you—offering strategic guidance, system thinking, and practical insight in a no-fluff, high-performance environment. Your role starts with weekly live Q&As and coaching events, and if there’s alignment, it can grow into a paid consulting or other opportunities inside the AAA ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coaching & Execution Support

- Host weekly Q&A sessions and/or live coaching calls for members in the Accelerator.
- Answer questions and share systems, frameworks, and experiences that helped you scale your own business.
- Help founders break through operational bottlenecks—team structure, delegation, fulfillment, lead flow, etc.
2. Community Engagement
- Show up inside our community platform to engage with members and offer feedback or insights.
- Share strategic advice that cuts through noise and accelerates action.
- Support the mindset shift from operator to systems-driven CEO.
3. Collaboration & Expansion
- Work closely with the AAA team to refine coaching frameworks and surface patterns across members.
- Contribute to live calls, events, and potentially curated AI content or partnerships.
- Help shape the next evolution of the program by bringing insights from the frontlines.

Who We’re Looking For

- You’re an active founder/operator, currently running a business (agency, SaaS, services, etc.) generating $20K–  $50K+/month.
- You’ve built systems, hired teams, and structured operations to scale.
- You enjoy mentoring others and sharing what’s worked—and what hasn’t.
- You’re comfortable leading live sessions, Zoom calls, and Q&As.
- You can think clearly, communicate practically, and speak to other ambitious entrepreneurs.
- Bonus: You’re interested in or already experimenting with AI tools in your own business.

What’s In It for You

We know successful entrepreneurs like yourself are busy—and we’re not just looking for availability, we’re looking for the best of the best. The kind of people who aren’t just building their own empires, but feel deeply fulfilled helping others build theirs too.

If you're passionate about coaching, energized by mentorship, and excited to be part of a movement shaping the future of entrepreneurship, this is a high-leverage opportunity to make an impact—on others and yourself.

- Build Your Personal Brand: Gain exposure by coaching inside the world’s leading AI entrepreneurship community,   founded by Liam Ottley (Liam’s content and brand currently reach hundreds of thousands of founders, marketers,   and operators across YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X)
- Position Yourself as a Leader in AI: Leverage the credibility and visibility of Morningside & AAA Accelerator to   enhance your authority.
- Plug Into a High-Value Network: Connect with top-tier entrepreneurs, operators, and AI talent—plus access ideas,   tools, and systems you can apply in your own business.
- Flexible Format: Start with just weekly Q&As and coaching calls. Potential to grow into paid consulting, fractional   leadership, or deeper collaboration based on fit.
- Your Time, Your Terms: Minimum commitment is 1 hour per day—flexible beyond that based on availability and   mutual interest.

Join Us!

If you're actively building your business, want to grow your personal brand, and love the idea of helping the next wave of AI entrepreneurs scale faster—we’d love to hear from you.
