What you will do
  • Gather and evaluate client business and technical requirements.
  • Design and recommend Business Central Solutions, architecture, and implementation approaches.
  • Demonstrate system capabilities and advice clients on best practices.
  • Assess current processes and define future-state solutions and roadmaps.
  • Configure Business Central and support end-to-end implementation.
  • Test Business processes, troubleshoot technical limitations, and support integrations.
  • Train client teams, onboard users, and support cutover activates
  • Identify opportunities for system improvement, upgrades, and enhancement
  • Provie ongoing client support and help optimize business processes

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in consulting, engineering, audit, or another professional service environment.
  • Hands-on Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Experience with EDI Integration
  • Experience implementing or supporting large-scale distribution solutions
  • experience with 3pl and/or co-manufacturing business processes is considered a strong asset
