Job Summary

Responsible for accomplishing management’s marketing objectives of attracting new business and expanding current company relationships. Develop plans for business revenue Growth, selling business banking products and services.

Essential Job Functions
  • Makes retention and business development calls on existing and potential new clients.
  • Establishes priorities and prepares itineraries.
  • Documents calls and makes weekly call reports to supervisor.
  • Discuss client needs, problems or complaints with senior managers.
  • Arranges meetings between clients or prospective clients and appropriate financial institution representatives.
  • Represents the financial institution in various civic and community functions to enhance its image and develop new business.
  • Promotes favorable image of the financial institution in all business activities within the community.
  • Assists in product and service development to ensure customer satisfaction and financial institution profitability.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field OR work experience equivalent to job requirements
  • 2 years work experience in the banking or financial industry
  • Basic understanding of financial institution policies and procedures
  • Good communication, sales experience and public relation skills
  • Excellent interviewing and researching skills
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills and business writing skills
Desired Skills
  • Sales or marketing experience with a diverse customer profile
Essential Functions
